Thank you for the support of the Lex team in achieving a swift transfer of our PRS to the new German passports. Once again, we appear to have been on a journey of “firsts” together. Thankfully the FRO office was also very supportive – I think we won their hearts during our visit. At the end, we had a joint selfie session – not to be imagined in the Pune office. Now, we should be safe for quite a while… until we proceed to apply for Indian citizenship for Michael – which is not too far away. Looking forward to continue working with Lex Visas team.

Today I had to get my documents reviewed through VFS and an interview with the Indian Embassy. The documents prepared by Lex team were almost perfect. I appreciate your support regarding the VISA application process and even the staff who work at the VFS offices mentioned that you have contacted them a couple of times to ensure that the application is progressing smoothly. She commented a couple of times about the way you have actively supported the whole visa-issuing process. My VISA will be processed quite sooner than I expected.
