A JAPANESE DELIGHT

JAPANESE MASTER CLASS – An event organized by the Pune Expat Club – took place on March 19 at Baan Tao, Hyatt, in Pune. The event offered a teaching session on preparing sushi and other signature dishes by Chef Shehai as well as saw the guests relishing the cuisine. With a turnout of 40 families from various nationalities, a demonstration of cooking a handful of Japanese dishes was given by the chef. Ingredients such as mizkan vinegar, sushi vinegar, kombu leaf, miso paste, pickle ginger, and wakame were extensively used.
